Sandbagging, as defined by ALTA

You are sandbagging if you do any of the following:

1. Move an individual player more than 2 positions since the
   last time he or she played.

2. Move playing partners more than 1 position since the
   last time they played together.

3. Move playing partners who won the last time they played
   together below playing partners who lost on their last match.
